• £360 – Includes up to 4 manhole chambers

• £60 per additional manhole chamber

​This technique identifies hidden access points for rodents and escaping sewer gases by forcing non-toxic smoke through the drainage system.

• £250 – Smoke testing of underground drainage to detect:

  • Sewer odour entry points

  • Rodent infiltration access

​We provide professional, long-term solutions to stop rodents from accessing your property through the underground drainage network

• £300 – For 4-inch & 6-inch underground sewer lines 

If the survey identifies damage, we offer no-dig drain repairs using resin patch liners — an effective way to seal cracks or breaks without excavation.

4 inch up to 2 metres - £360 per patch

6 inch up to 2 metres - £400 per patch

9 inch up to 2 metres  - £550 per patch
